Below are some prayers that I am using to pray and believe for our Nation in every area.  I wrote these in terms any age could pray and understand.  Please agree with me!

Putting Our Eyes On Jesus

Jesus, we come to you and ask that you give us the spirit of wisdom to help us put our eyes on you so that we will know you better.  We lay down our lives at your feet and ask for you to come in our hearts and clean us out.  If there is any sin found in us we ask for forgiveness and thank you that you wash us white as snow.  We lift up our lives to you and thank you that you make our hearts right with you today.  In Jesus Name.

Jesus, we thank you that you love families.  We thank you that you are rising up the brothers, fathers, uncles and grandpas of this Nation to be courageous enough to seek you as David did, with all his heart.  We thank you for the sisters, moms, aunts and grandmas of this Nation and that we can be kind and loving, serving you will all our hearts at all times.  We thank you that you bring the spirit of peace over our families.  That you make our families strong!  We thank you that you are a God who sees all things and can put things back together.  Our houses are securely built, founded on a rock—understanding of Your Word, Father.   Jesus is Lord of our households.  Jesus is our Lord—spirit, soul and body.  I lift myself to you and all the other children of this nation to you.   We accept and welcome and acknowledge each child of this great Nation as a delightful blessing from You.  We speak Your blessings upon them and over them.  (Ps. 123, Phil 2,3,  Jn 4)

We thank you Jesus, that you built the church on Jesus Christ.  May Jesus Christ through our faith [actually] dwell (settle down and make His permanent home) in our hearts!  We want to be rooted (be strong) deep in love and founded securely on love, that we may have the power and strength to understand what is the length and height and depth of your great love.  Now to You who are able to do greatly more than all we ask or can even think of, because of your strong power that is at work within us, to You be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all the church , forever and ever! John 8:31-32, 15:4, 1 John3:9 , Psalm 119:11, John 15:7-12,

Jesus, thank You that the open door to your Word (the Bible) and it brings light and You watch over Your Word to make  it happen.   Jesus, we bring all the schools of Wichita and the Nation and the teachers, principals, office workers, janitors, coaches and anyone else who works in the schools before you.  We thank you Jesus that great is the peace of the children of the world.   We thank you that salvation rules over our schools.  Thank you that all the students, their parents and the leaders in the schools set themselves apart from darkness.   We ask the holy spirit to go forth and bring protection over all the schools.

Jesus, Psalm 91 says you will protect the armed forces of the United States, thank you for your hand of safety over our military.  Nations shall come to the light of the Gospel of Jesus because of the Godly men and women serving in our military.  Turn our troops into a real peacekeeping force by pouring out the glory of God through our men and women in that part of the world.  Use them as instruments of righteousness to defeat the plans of the devil.  Jesus,  provide for and protect the families and  marriages of our armed forces.

Prayer Over Wichita, Kansas

We thank you Jesus, that you bring health and healing to Wichita, you will heal your people and will let them enjoy overflowing peace and safety.  Clean this city from all the sin and forgive all our sins of not following you.  Oh mighty God show yourself in Wichita as a God slow to anger and full of love.  Bring this city close to your heart.

Then this city will bring you  joy, praise and honor before nations on earth that hear of all the good things you are doing for Wichita.   (Jeremiah 33:6-9)

Jesus, thank You for the United States and its government.  We pray for President Obama and his family, the national and local government, the judges, the policemen, firefighters, the business leaders and all those who are in leadership positions in this country and your protection over them.  Promote and raise up a generation of able politicians who are men and women of truth, full of wisdom and respectful towards You.  You have promised to bless any nation that follows after You. Thank you that we will live quiet and peaceful lives so that we can continue to spread the Good News of the Gospel throughout the United States and the world.  Give the men and women in leadership  positions the understanding, wisdom and ability to keep this country in order.  Guide President Obama’s  heart and cause him to make decisions that will promote godliness, keeping evil and wicked men from influencing the president.  Strengthen the Godly men and women in leadership in their hearts with all your might by Your Holy Spirit.  Cause them to be bold and courageous.  Surround them with favor as a shield, and make great their Godly influence.  Cause the leaders of this country to make decisions that make more integrity and honesty in our Nation.  Give them the wisdom and power to understand each situation needed to deal with this nation’s money, that You may cause us to prosper and be a blessing to other nations.  Make your Word multiply in Washington D.C. so that our leaders may be better able to do your plan and purpose.  You hold our Nation in your hand and we need you Jesus in the United States of America.

Your Prayers Matter!

My Vision
This is my vision and it is for the Body of Christ, not just me personally.

I saw myself in front of Jesus. He was laughing. He picked me up immediately without hesitation and spinned me around in circles. He then stuck me on his hip and ran up the stairs to His throne. He sat me on his lap and I instantly sank into him. I was still there but He was me and I was Him. There was no beginning to Him or beginning or end of me. I looked at my hand and it looked like my hand but I could see his hand in my hand, same with every part of my body. I in him and He in me. It was beautiful it was perfect. And He said to me, “This is what it means to be my bride”. I was with Jesus on his throne and he was saying, “You need to know who you are in me. There
is much work to be done. You need to see the world as it really is through my eyes”. I asked him to show me what this meant.

I then saw strange demon alligators trying to bite my legs and Jesus said just walk right through it because it’s not even real. He was right beside me but I’m the one who had to walk through it. So I walked through it and there was nothing they could do to me. They snapped like they were trying to
bite my legs off. I was walking through one of its heads and I walked right through it and it did nothing, it was like it was a shadow or an image only. Then I walked across a bridge and at the bottom of the bridge there was quicksand and I immediately started sinking in the quicksand. I said, “Jesus help me!” Jesus said, “It’s not even real. See it as not real”. As soon as I said, “It is not real…this is not real”, immediately it vanished. Jesus then said to me, “There are many fights you fight that aren’t even real. They seem real in the natural, but in my reality, they are not real. Quit fighting battles that don’t even exist. That is the enemy’s great distraction”. He then repeated. “There is much work to be done, come with me”. I said to Jesus, “All I want to do is dance with you”. And he said, “You can always come away and dance with me for forever, but now there is work to be done. Do you want to go with me and do it?” I said, “Yes Jesus, I want to go”.

I then saw a wheat field and Jesus said, “Come in here”. I said, “Jesus I cannot see you”. He said, “Come. I’m here. Come”. So I walked through the wheat field and it was taller than I was. I couldn’t see anything. He kept saying, “Come on, keep coming. Keep coming”. As I walked further and further the wheat got taller and taller, almost like stairs. I kept walking and it kept getting taller. I felt like Alice in Wonderland, like I was shrinking, but I knew I wasn’t shrinking- that the wheat was getting taller and taller and taller. I kept walking and there seemed to be no end to the wheat. I said, “Jesus, what is this?” He said, “These are the prayers of my saints. There are some small, there are some big, but at the harvest time all these prayers will be taken up into the harvest because they are all good”. I asked Jesus why he was showing me this. He said, “Because sometimes my children feel alone in their prayers, but I want them to see that there are masses and masses of prayers of the Saints that
are grown in the heavenly realm waiting for harvest time”. I said to Jesus, “This will take forever to harvest!” He said, “No, only one second because time is nothing to me”.

He then took me up and I knew I was going through centuries and centuries of time almost back to the very beginning of the very first prayer, the beginning of the beginning. He said, “Look out and see”. I looked out and saw darkness, like the edge of time. I looked down and there was darkness. I
looked up and there was darkness. I looked out and there was darkness. I was afraid. Jesus said, “Do not be afraid. This is all me, but these prayers are being protected in a safe place where I have been growing them. They will be answered…all of them”. He then asked me if I wanted to jump off into the black darkness and I said no. He said, “Yes
you are right. In this prayer house is a safe place for you, but I want you to jump”. I jumped. It was like I was stopped in time when I jumped, I was just floating. I jumped and turned around and saw all the prayers of the Saints as a staircase and I saw the Holy Spirit, Jesus, and God the Father walking through the prayers of the Saints. I said, “Jesus what are you doing?” He said, “I love to spend time here this is
my special place”. I saw all the prayers entering his heart and they filled him with light and glory. He began to laugh. He then said, “This is my joy”.

I began to understand what Jesus was showing me. Jesus is the great intercessor, He dwells IN the prayers of the Saints until His final return. Jesus then said, “I love these prayers! Every single one of them, I love!” And it was as if his arms
actually went around all the prayers and he hugged them tight, close to his heart. It was a special place. Not one little stalk was disturbed or dying. It almost looked fake. It was beautiful, radiant. Perfect. And he said, “Yes. You get it. I tend these prayers, the prayers of my saints and I make them perfect”.
I was then in the middle of the wheat field again and I was lying down flat on my back staring up. All I could see was bright golden wheat almost enveloping me. Jesus lay beside me and He said, “Isn’t this perfect?” He then told me to close my eyes and listen. I closed my eyes and I could hear voices…hundreds then thousands then millions of voices singing like a beautiful chorus. I wondered how could all these prayers come together and make such a beautiful chorus of music together? And Jesus read my thoughts and said, “Because I wrote the song”. It was beautiful. Unlike any sound I had ever heard. Jesus said, “Even the most beautiful angelic voice of Heaven cannot compare to this”. He then said to me, “This beautiful song has the perfect beginning, and a beautiful full middle but I still need an end. Will you help me write my end song? You have to say it, then I will work it to the
perfect ending of my masterpiece. Will you help me write my end song?” I said, “Jesus, look at all you have, don’t you have enough?” And he said, “No! Because you weren’t born yet and I chose you for the ending. You will make the perfect ending. The ending that will usher in the beginning of my return!!!”

I felt so unworthy and Jesus knew my thoughts. He said, “You are, but I am not. I am worthy”. I then was back on his throne, melted into Him. “I in you and you in me”, He said.
At this point I physically could hardly breathe. I felt very weighty. I started praying in the spirit in my vision and then started praying in the spirit for real. I saw Jesus and me rising up, higher and higher. I saw a stalk of wheat shoot up in the heavenlies, it was singing and he said to me, “Good! This is part of my end song. Keep going keep praying in the spirit, the stalks grow to full maturity through spirit prayers. I don’t have to tend them they are already perfect. And they please me so!”

That was the end of the vision.

Hide The Word In Your Heart

I went to an event last night called Secret Keeper Girl.  It is a show for tweens that teaches how to be a girl after God’s own heart. It was powerful to hear the things of God out of the mouths of beautiful young women. The thing that really touched my heart was a phrase repeated throughout the night. “God has the first and last say in everything”. This phrase has been rolling around in my head ever since it was said. It challenged my heart. Do I allow God to have the first and last say in my own life? That sounds so simple yet if not at the forefront of my mind is easily forgotten.

My encouragement today is also a challenge. Today, can we put this in the forefront of our minds and allow God through the power of the Holy Spirit and the revelation of the Word of God to have the first and last say in every circumstance and thought we have today? This is my heart’s goal today. Oh Jesus that you would have the first and last say in every area of my life. I know if I allow you that privilege things will go well with me today. Amen.

Rising Above Rejection: Accepting the Closeness of the Heart of Jesus

•February 18, 2014 • Leave a Comment

Rejection. It just plain sucks. No one likes feeling like someone doesn’t like them or that they are not accepted. It stirs up feelings of self-doubt, negativity and unworthiness. It causes pain and depression and it never gets easier to deal with. The heart never wants to be betrayed. So how do we deal with rejection? Satan would want us to go into negative self-talk, self-doubt and worthlessness. Those paths all lead to depression and destruction. So how do we choose the path of Jesus in the midst of the pain of betrayal and rejection? This is something I am walking through and this time, for some reason, I have a different thought process. I have asked Jesus to reveal the reason for rejection and betrayal. There are many reasons, but in a heart that truly is loving God, it usually is for the sake of Jesus Christ. I think that is when it hurts the most. When it is unexpected and from someone that we thought we could trust with our hearts.

I listened to a sermon this morning on this very thing and the Holy Spirit grabbed by heart through the words of Mike Bickle. He said that when we are rejected or left out by friends or loved ones that used to accept us, it is an opportunity for Jesus to promote us. I have never thought of it this way. But in the midst of persecution and rejection, we can either take the path that Satan desires to feed us into which is negative self-talk, sharing with friends what happened and replaying the scenario in our heads. When we do this, Satan has won! He has moved our focus from the heart of Jesus and what He is doing and thinking to ourselves! This was a wake up moment for me today. The rejection only works if we allow it to draw our focus away from the center of the heart of Jesus. There is also a closeness to Jesus he allows us in these moments, if we will receive it and not fall into the pit of depression and negativity.

I also choose to pray for those who rejected me. I will lift them up and keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give them the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that they may know Him better. I pray that the eyes of their hearts may be enlightened in order that they may know the hope to which he has called them, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. (Ephesians 1:17) And I know that as I pray for them my heart will stay soft towards others and I will not harbor the things that kill the heart: anger, unforgiveness or resentment.

So today I say, “You will hear my voice in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up.” Psalm 5:3. Today I look up. I want to be closer to you, Jesus. I choose not to wallow in my feelings of pain or grief from being rejected because I know the only true opinion of me that matters is that of Jesus Christ and YOU, Jesus, will NEVER reject me! So this battle today I win. I focus my heart and mind on Jesus Christ and on His great love. For there is no place I would rather be than in his great arms of love. I love you Jesus and you are worth the turning of my focus off of myself and onto you. You wear the victor’s crown. Thank you for taking my heart and drawing it to you. For only you and your great love satisfy my heart.

This is what I hold against you!

•February 18, 2013 • Leave a Comment

If you are following Jesus then most likely you know that God finds Jesus perfect, holding nothing against him. He is perfect, all God yet all man. Yet this is the charge God almighty holds against you: —— !
How many of us are already filling in the blank? How many of us when we read this is the charge against you, immediately feel a lump in our throat and a pit in our stomach?
He, God almighty holds no charge against you! It is so easy to find our faults and believe he is disappointed in us but I to you, there is Feedom to be given today if you will receive this revelation. Once you have been accepted as his child, he sees you through the blood of Jesus and holds no charge Against you! His charge is against principalities and powers the rule over the earth. He holds no charge against humanity but against sin, Satan and his cohorts.
You are a beautiful child of the Almighty Father. He loves you and longs for you to walk in freedom knowing he holds nothing over you and nothing against you through the blood of Jesus. Only He was worthy enough to bear the totality of sin and death…and he did.
Jesus you deserve all the glory.

There is only one truth

So the journey I have been on has been a silent one for a while. I have been searching the heart of the Father for truth and revelation. I have not “arrived” but do feel an urgency in the body of Christ to put down our own thoughts of who God is that we have created in our imaginations through coping through horrible circumstances. Yesterday I wrote this on my facebook page:
Blessing, honor, glory and power be to the lamb who sits upon the throne- who NEVER “gives” the things of this world to His children as gifts or trials. Yes, He knows all things but does not choose sickness and disease for some to go through- sickness and disease is part of the fall- it’s in this world. He only gives life, health, healing, revelation and love. The things of this world that are
death- despair, sickness, disease are from this world and his greatest desire is that we overcome this world! Every “trial” we face is an opportunity for God to show the world that He is a great God to those who love Him- for His glory and renown to be shown on this earth. Anything less than is NOT from Him. Jesus give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation so that we may know you better and through enlightened eyes KNOW the incomparably great power for us who believe- which was strong enough to raise Christ from the dead! This is the testimony of Jesus! (Ephesians 1:17-23)

There is NO testimony of Jesus that ends in hardship, death, sickness or despair that gives him glory. That is not His way. There is no instance in the bible (not even Job) where God “willed” sickness or death upon someone. He knows all things, yes, but even in the case of Job, he fully restored! The only thing that gives this world hope is a God who heals, performs miracles and breaks through our despair. Who wants to worship a God that allows trials, hardship, sickness or death to teach us or refine us? NOT ME! NOT Abraham, Issac or Israel! The ultimate counterfeiter is so close to the truth you can hardly tell the difference. The only way we can know the difference is to be so close to the real thing we can see through the counterfeit. To counterfeit means to imitate something. Counterfeit products are fake replicas of the real product. Counterfeit products are often produced with the intent to take advantage of the superior value of the imitated product.
I tell you, that Satan is the ultimate counterfeit. His ultimate goal is to produce a replica so similar to the real thing, it is hard to tell the difference. BUT there is hope! The one thing He cannot counterfeit is the truth of the unadulterated Word of God!
So I say all this to point to the truth of Jesus Christ. His great love brings revelation of truth. There is only 1 truth. There is only 1 way. The way of Jesus. The testimony of Jesus that brings the earth to Him is in a God who heals, loves, redeems and frees. If you are not experiencing these things and are a “Christian”- than I ask you to examine what you are saying about Jesus, what you are thinking about Jesus. Are you believing the truth or a lie counterfeited in a package we can accept to go through trials? We will never be worthy enough to sacrifice anything for or to Jesus. Afterall, His sacrifice was the only one that stands and will ever be found as enough. Anything less than healing, love, redemption and freedom is saying His sacrifice was not good enough.
May a revelation of love flood your spirit today for those who dare to believe the whole truth of the word of God. It is not popular but it is truth and at the end of the day- it is that truth that brings healing, love, redemption and freedom.

Jesus I love your ways, I love your truth. Your sacrifice is enough for me.

The Joy Set Before Him: Having You.

•April 8, 2012 • Leave a Comment

The cross was God’s response to call his children back into relationship with him.  That is why the cross brought God great joy.  This is what Jesus knew that we did not: through his sacrifice, he could have us again.  His Father chose, from the beginning of time, a bride for his son.  That bride is us.  Jesus knew that since his Father had chosen us then we were perfect for him and worth dying for.  Through Jesus death, we were set free from death, through his resurrection, we were set free from this world and called as his own.  We are not of this world, we are just in it.  So Jesus died on the cross for the joy set before him, which is his bride.  And yet, our great reward is Jesus.  He is our reward and we are his.  The great exchange of this is that he was holy and perfect before us and without us, yet he wanted us even in the beginning.  This is such a revelation that brings freedom of heart and joy to the soul.  The joy set before us is Jesus.  He is our great reward and his love is all that matters.  No matter what is going on in this life, at the end of the day, we are either with him or we are not.  The choice is ours to either choose him or reject him.  The heart longs for union with the bridegroom Jesus.  So I ask if you will come before him with me, recognize that he is our great reward, and lay it all at his feet.  It is all his anyway.

Lord Jesus, I recognize that I need you.  I recognize that me…coming to you is in response to what you have already done for me.  I know that everything I have ever wanted I have found in you.  This world and the things in it will pass away, but you Jesus are forever…your love is forever…your truth is forever and I need you.  I can come boldly to your throne, empowered through the cross and bought with your own blood.  I will forever sing of how great you are.  I come to your throne to tell you today that I love you.  To lay myself at your feet.  The great news is that when I bow in the flesh, my soul rises fully empowered through you Jesus.  Thank you for your great love!

I encourage you to pray this aloud today: God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, give me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that I may know you better. 18 I pray that the eyes of my heart may be enlightened in order that I may know the hope to which he has called me, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19 and his incomparably great power for me, because I believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength 20 he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, 23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.   Oh, that I would know your powerful, incomparable great love for me! (Ephesians 1:17-23)
